Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: return of goods cannot be accepted without prior notice. Contact us before dispatching any return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@365rolathene.co.uk or call 01992 892525. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Certain items may be non-returnable due to their nature, including:

• Bespoke or cut-to-order items
• Goods that have been used or installed
• Items not in original, undamaged packaging

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Any goods which you can prove to our satisfaction to have been defective through faulty material or workmanship will be replaced or refunded, provided we are notified in writing within 28 days from the delivery date and the goods are returned to us carriage paid.
